Deena’s introduction to Ayurvedic medicine came through an illness in 2005 which was successfully treated by an Ayurvedic Practitioner .

Deena has been practicing Yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2008. She has a Masters in Ayurvedic Medicine and has been practicing as an Ayurvedic Practitioner since 2014.

Ayurveda is concerned with how to maintain and restore balance in the body, healing the body and helping to manage physical and psychological conditions. This is done through lifestyle and diet advice, and herbal treatments, from simple daily routines to comprehensive health management, all which are designed to empower wellbeing.

An Ayurvedic consultation with Deena will provide an understanding of your current state of health and then look at how to improve your health, using Ayurvedic assessment techniques.

Through assessment of what your dosha type is, and which dosha(s) are out of balance, Deena will help to plan a diet, lifestyle and exercise routine to bring your body back to balance.

The initial consultation will last approximately 2 hours, and subsequent follow-up consultations will last 1 hour.
