REFORMER PILATES- BASICS
If you are new to the reformer or coming back to fitness after an injury. These classes are slower in pace, with lots of support and guidance. We advise that anybody new to the reformer starts with a Basics class to familiarise themselves with the machine before progressing on to our other classes.
These classes will include a greater range of exercises using the machine, possibly with the addition of hand weights. Suitable for everyone once you have some experience on the reformer.
REFORMER PILATES – DYNAMIC
A step up in pace and intensity that is designed to give you a more challenging and powerful workout. You will come away feeling energised, toned, and aligned.
REFORMER PILATES – GLUTES & ABS
Still taking a whole body approach, these high intensity classes allow for a greater focus on muscles at our centre, targeting and sculpting your abdominal and gluteal muscles.
Ashtanga yoga is an athletic and dynamic practice. Poses are practised in six set increasingly challenging series’ that incorporate standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions, linked by the breath. Classes usually focus on the primary series and will detoxify your body and leave you feeling strong, calm and invigorated. Suitable for those who are physically fit and enjoy a challenging practice.
Founded by Brazilian Sri Dharma Mittra, Dharma yoga is a strong physical and mental practice that will increase your mobility, flexibility and strength. Dharma yoga is a beautiful devotional practice that emphasises good health, a clear mind and a kind heart.

Originating in India in the 15th century, Hatha yoga combines asana (physical postures), pranayama (control of the breath) and meditation to create balance of body and mind. Teachers bring their own influences to their classes to help you gain physical health and experience mental well-being. Suitable for all.
