Book Class

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

There are many different styles of yoga so the key is to choose a class that you think you might enjoy and give it a try. To find out more about the Yoga styles on offer, place your mouse over the ‘Yoga’ section and select a title from the pop out menu. Then once you have found the class you want to try, just click “Book Class” in the top right of the page. You can also check out the timetable below.

9.30am – 10.45am Hatha Yoga (Open level)

1.00pm – 1.45pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga

6.15pm – 7.15pm Hatha Yoga

7.30pm – 8.30pm Sunset Vinyasa Flow

9.30am -10.30am Hatha Yoga (Level 1)

12.45pm – 1.30pm Vinyasa Power Yoga

 

Saturday

8.30am – 9.30am Vinyasa Flow Yoga

5.00pm – 6.00pm Yin/Yang Yoga
