You can explore and express feelings and what they mean to you in a non-judgemental environment, which you may not be able to do with family or friends. Our experience will help you find perspectives, connections and understandings you have overlooked, bringing greater self-awareness, choice and freedom.
Angela and Matt have a holistic approach to counselling, recognising the importance of bodily feelings and physical symptoms, that can help you with a wide range of issues. When appropriate we may suggest optional physical or visualisation exercises or hypnosis which can speed up the counselling process.
