Book Class

This mat class includes a calculated mix of exercises inspired by fitness and yoga. A muscle-burning sequence of conditioning and strength building exercises focusing on postural strength, alignment and flexibility combined with a cardio element which all together will create a long, lean, toned body. Using ballet barre, a pilates ball, a yoga strap, yoga blocks and your own body weight to target every muscle in the body. This is a barefoot class.
