Personal Trainer/Studio Instructor Simone has a passion for Yoga, movement and fitness. With a wealth of skills and experience coaching Kettlebells, TRX, ViPR, Yoga and Boxing. Her sessions Specialise in weight loss, toning & shaping, posture, flexibility, balance, strength and endurance training. Her creative and motivating classes make her a much loved trainer.
