Pilates Mat (open level)

Pilates mat classes are the floor work version of the Pilates method. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen, strengthen and mobilise the body in a unique way.
Focus is placed on precise movements following the Pilates principles. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, resulting in a strong, flexible spine and improving posture and alignment. You will get a total body workout featuring classical Pilates exercises with and without small Pilates equipment.
The class is  a mixture of beginner and intermediate exercises and modifications and variations may be offered to suit individual needs.
