The 45 minute “Pilates Bites” session is a quick and challenging workout that breaks up the working day giving you a physical and mental break from the computer. It is a great way to squeeze in some exercise and relieve general aches and pains associated with sitting at a computer.
Focusing on the flowing movements of the Pilates exercises helps to relieve stress and will leave you feeling energised and ready to tackle the afternoon.
