Laura believes in the simple notion that going to yoga makes you feel better!
Laura walked into her first yoga class wanting to try a new exercise but came away with so much more and soon realised the many benefits of incorporating yoga into your life, especially when living in London and everything is so fast paced. Yoga is a big passion of Laura’s and her teaching style is friendly and welcoming and whether coming to yoga to stretch, tone, breathe, or relax – you will always learn something new.
Laura’s style of teaching is a Vinyasa flow and incorporates elements of Hatha and Yin; she is also a certified Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga teacher and teaches to groups and private clients around North West London.
