Hatha Yoga Open Level Class

Good Morning Yoga.

Monday 7.00am – 8.00am 

Early morning yoga for the early risers and the pre-work crowd!

This open level hatha yoga class has been designed to wake up the body slowly, get the juices flowing, and target all of the places that might need a little extra space and life breathed into them on a Monday morning. Within the practise there will be slow flowing sequences including sun salutations, with a strong focus on breath and body alignment, as well as a short meditation.

Thursday 9.30am – 10.45am Simon Hoten


This slow flowing alignment based Hatha yoga class has an emphasis on the breath, moving energy throughout the body as well as giving an opportunity for deep relaxation. There will be a different theme and focus each week and you will be encouraged to be playful, with a little fun thrown in for good measure. Posture options and adjustments will be given throughout the classes so that they are suitable for all levels from advanced beginners upwards.


Hatha Yoga Level 1

Friday 9.30am – 10.30am 

Within the class there will be a focus on finding mental tranquility created by the union of breath and asanas (yoga postures),healthy alignment, slow sequences, as well as meditation. This is suitable for beginners, those in the initial stages of yoga and those seeking a more gentle yoga practice.
