Beginners Yoga

Book Class

Our beginner’s yoga class is ideal for anyone who wants to try yoga for the first time or for people who are coming back to yoga after a long time away from practice. Or perhaps you just want to take things a bit more gently. Our experienced and friendly yoga teacher Laura Malach runs the class and will help you get comfortable with many of the classic yoga poses.
