Book Class

This Ballet class blends stretching movement with the graceful control of dance to tone and invigorate the body and release stress. You will be introduced to stretches from ballet dancer’s daily life and training exercises including some ballet barre exercises and on the floor exercises performed with music just like you are in a normal ballet class.  This class should enhance flexibility and improve range of motion by lengthening and strengthening the muscles.
